The worms will be delivered in a litter that can support the worms during transport. You must notify us if you find that your worms have arrived in a questionable condition. We will ask you to send us photos to understand what could have happened. A replacement delivery will then be shipped to you free of charge as soon as possible. Worms are not returnable.
All non-perishable items can be returned in their original packaging intact. Returns accepted on pre-approval up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact us with your order number. The costs of the return are at your expense.
