The worms will be delivered in a bedding that can support the needs of the worms during transport. You must notify us if you find that your worms have arrived in questionable condition. We will ask you to send us photos to understand what could have happened. A replacement delivery will then be sent to you free of charge as soon as possible. Worms are not returnable.
All non-perishable items can be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns accepted upon pre-approval up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact us at with your order number. Return costs are your responsibility.
