The worms will be delivered in a litter that can support the worms during transport. You must notify us if you find that your worms have arrived in questionable condition. We will ask you to send us pictures to understand what could have happened. A replacement delivery will then be sent to you free of charge as soon as possible. Worms are not returnable. All non-perishable items can be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns accepted on pre-approval up to 30 days of purchase.
